Do NOT buy here. The model is beautiful but the product you get is not the same on any level. I’ve lived here 8 months/ it’s been a nightmare of repairs- and THERE IS NO VISITOR PARKING EVER! The few spots available are taken up 24/7. The trades and materials they use are poor quality. The day I was forced to close to an incomplete home with horrible work, damaged cabinets, tiles, windows, doors, tub, etc- I was devastated. I knew I’d have to live in a nightmare of endless repairs by low quality trades, who don’t even speak English and are not speciality tradesmen but rather punch out guys who work for the specifics trade. Sales office has been wonderful to work with, always available to answer question and help however they can. Julie and Areana went above and beyond helping us move in. House turned out beautiful, the design options had pretty much everything we were looking for. Friendly neighborhood and convenient location.
