Please don’t listen to the negative reviews. I’ve been here a year, I’ve never had a problem with my neighbors or management. They always respond and the building is clean. I’ve never seen a rat or a roach, and if I did, I’d leave immediately because I can’t live with that. Great block and neighborhood. Highly recommend

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They are SLUMLORDS. Please do not waste your money renting with them. Their apartments mice and roach infested. They went up on my rent without an explanation and when I asked them did everyone's rent go up in the building, they told me they couldn't give that information (BS) They hate for you to ask questions or fight for what should be done. I asked for receipts of my payment of rent over the YEARS for my own records and they wouldn't give me that. I would call and they would purposely ignore my phone calls. Folks please don't want your time with these people. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

If I could give them 0 stars I would. By far the worst type of landlord out there. Barring people from removing their items from a residence by screwing the door shut when there is no eviction placed. This is after not fixing any problems that have been called in for over a year and a half including a door that continuously was off the hinges Making it unsafe to be inside, having no heat for two winters and needing to purchase multiple electric heaters just to make the apartment habitable, having electrical issues and plumbing that did not work properly either and mice infestations that they refused to deal with. Not to mention the "man" who made continuous threats to me about enterin the property stating that I could not and it was illegal when the truth was what he was doing was illega

These people are heartless, my father lived in one of their apartments for 20 years, he died suddenly at the end of march. I called the office and explained to them I need til the end of April to get his stuff out cause he was a hoarder and it would take me some time. Explained to them they already have his last month's rent and that would of covered April. So she said fine. Went there last Saturday to take more stuff and the locks were changed. There were many sentimental items in there from my childhood because my brother has passed , my mother has passed and my father had alot of my childhood memories in there. I tried to call them numerous times and they won't return my calls. I will just see them in court cause their practices are illegal and by the judge of these reviews , the word s

calls the agency 4-5 times a week for the same problem. it is 20-30 fahrenheit outside and they tells me a freezing room temperature of 65-70 is normal. The thermostat is set to 90 MAX. They claimed the heater is working properly but you can sleep on the heater if you can with stand the cold metal piece. The point is the heater don't work, the technician doesn't know how to fix and the agency doesn't care. oh by the way, there are rats and roaches in the apartment. The bath tub water doesn't work right. Whoever fix this apartment is most likely amateur.
