Edsall Garden Apartments (Edsall Gardens Management Co.)

In my experience, living in these apartments was very pleasant. I always felt peaceful and safe. The facilities are well-maintained and clean; during my time living on the third floor, I never had any issues with rodents or insects. The community is quiet and the neighbors are respectful, which creates a very comfortable environment. The maintenance staff was always kind and responded quickly whenever I needed assistance. In addition, the office manager was always very polite and helpful with me.

I am currently residing in this community, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests regarding the malfunctioning air conditioning in my apartment—and knowing that neighboring units are facing similar issues—the management continues to dismiss the concerns, insisting that there is no problem. The AC systems are clearly outdated and incapable of adequately cooling the apartments, especially during peak summer temperatures. The living conditions become unbearably hot, creating a stifling and uncomfortable environment that feels almost uninhabitable. Given the poor responsiveness of the management and the lack of proper climate control, I cannot in good conscience recommend living here.

Don’t move here the building manager is never in the office, it’s cockroach infested, and the building is always very dirty. It is cheaper than most for the area but it’s not worth the grief. The washers and dryers constantly break down and when I lived there recently it took over a month for them to fix it. It’s a shame because the apartments are nice and spacious but the management ruins the property.

This place is dirty full of bed bugs, roaches, and rats. And the buildings stink as soon as you walk in. The apt had horrible kitchen counters, we asked them to be replaced, they said no because they were in good condition. Like They had been painted over hundreds of times with thick paint that made it hard to open the drawers. The floor had big nails in them. And when we left, they took more than half our deposit money. Claiming the apt was left with a ton of damages, They are thieves. And the manager is so rude too.

Living there was HORRIBLE, my recommendation is not moving there because the workers are very rude, especially towards children. The Manager there is VERY rude to people. The Playground there hasn't even been fixed. Bugs, Rats seen multiple times. Not a very safe place for people. The walls were very thin and floors were creaky. The Kitchen was VERY small and tight, drawers were VERY hard to open, Hallways were very thin and dirty with cockroaches. Don't move in with Children or just don't move in AT ALL.
