Went downhill once Landsman Property Management took over. I was here since they first opened up with Rochester Management who used to clean the outside daily, have someone in to fix any problems within two days and paint over any scuffs on the wall and clean the carpets monthly. Now you're lucky if they take out the trash once a week (they don't and took the garbage cans away indefinitely) or match the paint color on the wall when covering (they don't) I've had a leak in the bathroom for over two years eating at the ceiling and reached out to multiple times with no fix and brown water constantly falling out of it. Edna Craven apartment on Cifford ave located in Rochester ny, it’s the most disgusting and dirty apartment its been build like three years ago and the people they have there is very dirty. My mom lives there for a year and a half, and she could even walk outside in peace without stepping in dog poop., The entrance is very disgusting as well the apartments floors from 1 to 4th floor is also so dirty the carpet in every floor needs shampoo or replacement it’s on Bldng # 635 , the carpets its so dirty so disgusting 🤮 as well the rent is pretty high to be housing program, my mom is very clean person and responsible and kind neighbor, but a seems the residents there don’t have no respect about keeping the resident clean, but also the maintenance workers as well, they obviously don’t care to

Hey I love my apartment but I been dealing with excessive noise.that is affecting my well-being and I have repeatedly complained about the noise. But it seems like nothing getting done., yeah it quite down a little bit but never stopped., I feel disrespected and overwhelmed by the situation I'm reaching a breaken point.,I'm battling brain cancer in a wheelchair and I have reported the issue to management office. But the problem persists.,it is evident that there are too many people living in the upstairs apartment which is two-bedroom unit., I tried to address it with my upstairs neighbor.but it only resulted in confrontation and profanity I need help please 🥺 someone do something about it.....🙌🏾🙏🏾👈🏽

They keep giving me the run-around they tell me 24 to 48 hours to get approved what's the new management lady that's been there 3 weeks first off she meant my application up and misplaced it second tells me 24 to 48 hours when it's already been 48 hours then I call back and tell me 3 to 4 days now but now I'm calling the higher up I do not recommend living here oh and my move-in day is September 10th and they still giving me the runaround
