Apparently there’s a peeping Tom by the playground that everyone knows about but me so don’t go to the playground or let your kids go alone until the creep disappears. Usually there’s drunk puking outside in the weekend. The apartment are mostly over human capacity some 5 adults to two rooms some a bunch of guys to one apartment…others subleasing room. So don’t get used to the neighbors. The towing company randomly towes cars…sometimes without warning. The GYM it’s not open unless the watchful eye of the office is available if the office is close the gym is as well. And according to veteran residents of this community in the summer do not count on the pool. The emergency number is not answered back after hours so wait for the next day. The work orders online are deleted without fixing so

The only way I would recommend Edition Apartment homes is if you are on the brink of homelessness and have no where else to go. Trash and mud fill the property, colonies of stray cats run the place. Aggressive dogs running off leash, despite them not allowing “aggressive breeds”. Neighbors drinking and partying until the next morning every Saturday. Trash in the laundry room has not been taken out in around 6 months. Dog poop bags have not been restocked since July. Gunshots on an almost night basis nearby. Dog park is nothing but mud. Thankfully my unit never had any bug issues- but walk in the hallway to see the roaches scatter. They’ll randomly cut off mail service for two weeks. Trash piled up by the dumpsters for weeks on end. My mom has been living here for over a decade and I couldn't find a better place for her to live at. They’re always effective with work orders and the office staff is very friendly I love yessi she’s sooo friendly and attentive they all go above and beyond to meet your needs. Thank you again for replacing the bathroom vanity

Do not move here. Do not move here. It’s full of drunks and the office doesn’t open on the weekend conveniently. The office staff is lazy and looks like you’re bothering them each time you lock eyes. This was my air conditioner. The only reason they changed was due to the wood under it being rotten. The floor under every apartment is uneven all they do is slap new floor.
