Edinburg Place Apartments

Personally, I never had a bad experience with this place. We moved out back in April and management took care of multiple problems almost immediately every time. From the time our water heater broke (water leaked everywhere), to the time our floor began to cave in due to an unfortunate ceiling leak, they took care of our issues every single time. I see several individuals pointing out reductions in their deposit and honestly, as long as you return the apartment the way you received it, you should have no worries. My girlfriend and I spent hours cleaning the entire apartment from top to bottom and we had a dog so we made sure to have the entire place spotless. It was a quick inspection and our 900$ deposit was given to us within 2 weeks. Honestly, the price you pay here is worth it, espec

The apartments are worth what you pay, cheap price, 2 pools, 2 laundry rooms, there is a roach problem but after like 2-3 months of constant cleaning they did go away, the best part is the maintenance men for sure, available 24 hours and very fast at working, my only problems is with one of the ladies at the front, from telling us we were making up mold issues to break the lease, to then making it difficult to get the full deposit, but luckily everything has been settled. Like I said at the beginning it’s worth what you pay for sure, not a bad place. On a side note be careful with ICE They do patrol the area as I was stopped twice and asked for my credentials haha

This place is a nightmare. The landlord lacks accountability and is rude towards some costumers. Huge roaches infestation. When told about it, they only hide the real problem and rely on heavily pesticide applications that do not solve the problem and expose us to more chemicals. When asked to fix it, they response was "You can move whenever you want". I did have two strikes for smoking inside the unit, but their responsed was out of place ( yelling me like a little kid), talking downwards to me. I took the time to clean the place and got an approval from the secretary that I was not going to be charged but once I got my deposit I was charged a cleaning fee. This apartment complex is not worth it, especially if you are an student and more if you are international !!

I lived here for 3-4 months. HUGE ROACH INFESTATION. They claim they’re not aware yet the reviews of this problem left by other renters show they are. Pest people come knocking and spray and there’s still issues, I called and told them and they tell me to wait for the pest control, then I break my lease due to the roach problem and they send me to collections. DONT RENT HERE. Lost hundreds of groceries due to roaches getting in them. It’s against tenant laws and renters rights to be housing people in unsafe health violation homes.

Our stay in Edinburg Place Apartment has been great. It has best value for bucks specially for students. We appreciate management's effort in making the complex a better place everyday. Since the apartments and some appliances are old, its good to see renovation and upgrades happening at the complex. They do monthly pest controls which is a must and helps for pest control.
