There’s been a house listed on Chalet Dr in Rochester for a couple of months now. The owner/realtor listed is Meg Deden. My tenant was interested in renting the house and tried reaching out to Meg via phone, Facebook, and Zillow. He did not even get a signal response. Very disappointed in the lack of communication. He even put in an application (I see there are currently nine applications) and couldn’t even get a response nor a tour. Would recommend looking elsewhere for better service.

Jill Bailey was our realtor through Edina Realty. She was unprofessional & took advantage of her 81 year old client. By not caring for the clients best interest Jill allowed a $10.000 loss of Ernest money. Jill discouraged family involvement & did not recommend needed repairs (drywall repair) or cleaning out personal pictures & items & declutering. The house was on the market nearly a year. She crossed the lines of elder abuse & did not follow the ethics of Edina Realty.

Beautiful facility. Great location. Very clean. Large parking lot.
