I am a former resident of this community and I wanted to take a moment out to thank the ladies who serve as Concierges at the clubhouse at Park Lane. I visited the clubhouse quite frequently while I lived at Park Place and cannot say enough wonderful things about them. No matter who was on duty -- Dawn, Edith, Katy or Michelle -- they were all very professional and very responsive to their residents' needs. They always greeted me with a smile, warmth, kindness and respect and made me feel like family! They connected me with other residents and kept me up-to-date on upcoming events. They certainly exceeded my expectations during the time I lived there and I miss them all very much! They are AMAZING!!!

the absolute worst experience you will have as a homeowner. The HOA is absolutely horrific, rude and does not answer to emails or calls in spite of the $410 monthly fee. Our clubhouse still not done. I asked for a pergola permit from the township over one year ago and the only hold up is, you guessed it...our incompetent, rude, less than professional HOA!!!

Very bad management. Poor service. False advertisement. Worker harass residents. Clubhouse late for 1.5 years. Residents never get their own clubhouse. Overall experience very bad.
