My family and I stepped inside long lake office very excited to start our search for the perfect family home only to be BARELY greeted by the Sales associate Billy he was so rude and unpleasant, he didn’t want to answer any of our questions‼️ He made it seem like we was wasting his time, which made our very exciting moment go down hill fast. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

TURN AROUND AND FIND ANOTHER BUILDER!! I’ve held off writing this review in hopes that they could correct their issues since we closed on our home back in Oct 2023, yet here we are 7 months later still with the same problem that they needed to fix prior to closing!! It took them about 2-3 months to fix several issues that needed to be completed prior to closing and/or immediately after. Currently, you can ask anyone in the subdivision and likely 90% + will tell you that their automatic “sensor” exhaust fans they install in the master baths are garbage!! They never turn off and run for hours. The simple solution would be to stop installing these non-functional fans and install manual ones instead, but it’s probably the builder’s cheap way to save themselves money and screw the buyers. My wife and I had a great experience with Luis Larios with our new built home. Having a large yard was huge thing for us and he showed us all of his available large lots. He took his time helping us with our selection of upgrades. He kept us updated with videos and pictures weekly of the different stages of our new home until we closed. If we had any concerns they were addressed right away. We are extremely happy with his service. Thank you Luis

The worst decision was to buy here, we just moved a month ago and we are not happy at all, the floor of the house was delivered to me damaged and the zinc in the kitchen was extremely stained. I have already talked looking for a solution and there is none after they deliver your house. They delivered the house to me so dirty that my child got sick immediately after entering the hospital for the first time, with antibiotics and everything because of the dust, they said they would deliver it clean, but they never cleaned it. And lastly, and something we will have to deal with our whole lives, is a train that passes approximately every 2 hours honking its horn because there is a traffic light, even all night long and it seems like it is inside your house, they said you would not feel it becau

The neighborhood is quiet and nice but the process of buying a home in this subdivision is horrible. The customer service from the sales consultant, Ross to the construction manager, Kevin is terrible. Ross, the sales consultant lacks the communication skills needed to perform his job thoroughly. Kevin, the construction manager, is unprofessional and has a non-chalant attitude while customers explain to him where he fell short of his job. I closed on a home that was not finished and the construction manager and sales consultant told me everything was. Bottom line, neither one of them inspected the property before handing me the keys.
