I meet Maria at the office today and she’s very professional , with a good attitude and personality. She made sure my problem was resolved in a manner of time. Thank you Maria and thank maintenance as well!

(1) For the over $1500 they charge a month for rent there is NO playground, NO swimming pool, NO clubhouse, and NO work out room! (2) Instead of the Residents sitting in the back of their apartment to smoke, talk, and play music they sit in front of your windows and do this!!! The management has been made aware of this bur they do nothing about it! (3) The Residents play loud music in the parking lot, and the parking lot is literally at your front door! (4) The Residents have been caught fighting and arguing late at night! (Again the management has been notified about this and asked to send out a notice, but they have done NOTHING!) Edgewood doesn't have the best reputation with some of its tenants, but a friend of mine who works in property management says they have a good reputation within their community. I had a good experience with Edgewood. When I placed a call to fix something, I often had to make a second call but they always came and fixed what was needed. When I dropped an air conditioner out of a window, I offered to pay for the new one. They never charged me for it. They also replaced a weak one with a better one. They also installed a couple of ceiling fans I bought which really helped and, at my suggestion, put in a shelf outside two windows so I could take them out without fear of dropping them again. The building it self is full of spiders the size of your palm. They won't spray anything for it. They just power washed the website down with water. They won't fix anything. The ceiling is coming in. The window have water coming in so the wall cry's. It's so many cracked spaces around the ceiling. Through out the entire apartment. An the roaches come through them. You could be sitting in front of your door an see them crawl under it. Then they had a nerve to go up $50 on my rent. My sister moved out the apartment I got from her 9 months ago. The man upstairs flooded his bathtub cause he fell asleep. My ceiling is molded an coming in. Still have not fixed it. My sister called the city on them. I have a friend who rents from one of their apartments in Durham NC & my friend has been complaining about problems with mold being in the apartment for months . They never sent anybody to fix it or even tried to switch him to a different apartment. The mold has gotten so bad it’s starting to grow on the inside & out of shoes that he puts in the closet!!! Smh and on top of that the apartment is infested with tons of roaches. My friend keeps a clean house it’s just the walls & floors have some many inside that it can’t be controlled anymore. If anybody is interested in renting from them. I highly suggest you look somewhere else. TERRIBLE SERVICE TO TENANTS!
