Maurice is THE BEST! We had just renovated a condo on the beach on Marco Island and were ready to buy a home there. I had inquired and by chance was connected with Maurice. I really enjoyed our interaction and his knowledge. Meanwhile my husband was looking into a different property and i told him to call Maurice. Funny coincidnence, that it was Maurice he was talking with as well. In a matter of a few days, Maurice found us our new construction home that we LOVE. And in a couple of weeks he sold our condo for a record setting price on the beach! We have now been working with him for a couple of years and are so thankful to know him and have this connection. Excited to work with him on our next sale. Just one of those human beings who loves life, his job and working with people.
They manage my property and have been extremely responsive and good at finding tenants.
