It is a pleasure to recommend Glenda for her outstanding work as an Assistant Manager. She possesses a unique ability to balance administrative efficiency with genuine empathy for the residents. Her communication skills are top-notch, and she always follows through until a solution is found.

I have lived here for a few years. My experience has always been pleasant. Maintenance is the best. Benji has always help to fix things when I need it. Everyone is nice when I go to the office when I need help with the changes. Thumbs up.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! Do not think about moving here the manager is very rude and unprofessional. It may seem sweet in the beginning but it all goes down hill after that! Maintenance sucks doesn’t complete the job when needed just overall needs a new facelift and MAYBE it could be something. They don’t even care about break ins or anything you’d think they’d be on top of safety but THEY ARE NOT! Gates been broken for months mold still in my unit 🤦‍♂️. THINK TWICE DONT do it safe your self a headache, stress, AND money.

I am really disappointed and upset that I have to write this review but I am going to be 100% transparent for those that are looking to lease here. First off I would like to say that this property is beautiful and I was in a great spot close to the nice pool and other amenities they offered. (Apt 818w to be exact for the future residents) I loved it at the beginning of my term however as life continued to happen, my stay here became a nightmare. Starting with the maintenance. They were very attentive, which was greatly appreciated but after a while, I started to notice the work they did would be “half ass”. Nothing was ever truly fixed how it should have been. DO NOT MOVE HERE — RUN FROM EDGEWATER AT KLEIN APARTMENTS! I should’ve known this place was going to be a nightmare before I even moved in. I had to hunt them down just to tour the apartment. I was scheduled to view it the Monday before move-in, but they didn’t let me see it until two days before. That should’ve been the first red flag. I should’ve run then! Unfortunately, once I moved in, things only got worse. Living here has been an absolute nightmare from day one. 🔴 They never disclosed that the apartment had previously flooded. That alone is something that must be communicated to potential tenants — but it wasn’t. Since then, it's been nothing but issues: -Appliances are ancient and broken, and management refuses to replace or upgrade anything. My stove has been broken since move-in.
