I’ve had a great experience with the management at Edge 75. The office staff is always helpful and truly goes above and beyond. My move-in process was smooth from start to finish. After shopping around at multiple communities in the area, I can confidently say Edge 75 stands out. Their apartments are by far the largest in the area, and their resident events are always amazing. 👌 Highly recommend giving them a look!

Edge 75 Apartments is an amazing place to live, hats off to the whole team. Both as an employee and a resident myself I have to say Ivelisse is an incredible manager. Thank you for everything you all do. The attention to detail here is phenomenal and the maintenance team: Luis Miguel and Karel are on it!

I absolutely loved this place from day 1 and the property was much more gorgeous in person than in the photos. Unfortunately, this year it has been the residents causing many problems for those of us who respect where we live and follow the guidelines. The staff has never been short of fantastic since I have lived here. They're running themselves ragged to ensure everyone is happy and have not lacked in effort even once. Over the past month I have seen great strides to get this complex back to what it once was, much more staff around the property again and things getting back to the way they were. I would definitely continue to live here if my job did not take me away. I was offered a promotion and was unexpectedly transferred in May. I am only moving out to be closer to work or the

Jake is an amazing leasing manager! From the moment I walked in, he made the process smooth and stress-free. He’s patient, professional, and truly takes his time explaining everything so you feel comfortable. You can tell he cares about helping residents find the right home. I moved into Edge 75 in November 2024. The rooms, amenities, and clubhouse are exactly as you see in the photos and this is all great. But what really sets this place apart is the management. They are the kindest and most fun group of people who truly care about our experience. My monthly trip for an air filter is genuinely a good time filled with laughs. A special shoutout to Ivelisse and Jack who have helped me since day 1. I consider each member of the team a good friend and look forward to our relationship long after I leave this place.
