Edge on North

Came to a viewing and was disgusted. Trash outside the entrance, rude leasing agent, and the hallways smelled of dog urine. Only to charge 1500 in rent with no utilities included?! what a joke. Please take your money elsewhere.

Lived there for 3 years. Slumlord management, the maintenance people are the only ones who care about anything there. Literally threatened by a tenant with a gun and they beat on our door with it because our 50 pound dog barked at them from inside the apartment. Management and police did nothing, this is also after hundreds of break ins for package stealing and begging management for security cameras which weee never installed. Management offered for us to be homeless (leave the lease early unexpectedly) and later rescinded that offer, all the while never evicting the guy with a gun or taking security measures OR NOTIFYING OTHER TENANTS. Also, the guy has restraining orders and DUIs on his record. The apartment itself felt like an ikea store, cheaply made and overpriced. Literally recommen

We love it here! The building is well-maintained and the units are perfect for us. Bonus - they are dog friendly! Been here for 3 years and are not planning to move anytime soon. Cameron and Timothy are amazing and work hard to keep this place up to it's immaculate shape. The location is right in the action of North and Oakland. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to rent!

My husband and I love living here. Our experience over the past few years has been amazing. Cameron and Timothy are great to work with and super responsive, the apartment is gorgeous, and it’s in a great location within walking distance of tons of restaurants and things to do. We’d highly recommend it!

Cameron is seriously the best apartment manager ever. He made this such a great experience and these are beautiful units and loved the quality of the finishes in our apartment. Affordable and fun. If you are looking for a place on the East Side please check this place out.
