One of the worst living places ever I experienced. As a Lamar University student I don’t have any other options to get share room with others. Anyway they target these students and making money without any support. The Manager named Gracy and Theresa….never maintained the maintenance as they know only Indian or Bangladeshi people here live and we do not need anything upgrade or maintenance. We used to pay $50 each month for using damaged washing machines and dryer requested so many times but no luck. Animal sheets are here and there all around the complex, never change the swimming pool water. And each of the stairs and corridors are full of garbage and dogs po…..sometimes you can see locals are taking drugs in front of your door.

We had to evacuate from lake charles after both hurricanes hit in 2020. We found this place that is 4bedrooms and 2baths. Balcony view, washer and dryer,dishwasher included. It not always quiet but most of the time it is. I have to give it to the manager tho, Mrs. Theresa always helps when we have problems. When moving in, our microwave was broken and then our ac wasn't working. Less than 5 hours, everything was working properly. 3/4 months later our ac was having problems again. I submitted a work order and she sent her maintenance asap to fix it along with my broken toilet handle. The maintenance men are also kind and cool! Always greets us with smiles when we see them. What makes me like this place is that there are two gas stations just beside Edge apartments and it's right beside the highway.

My favorite part about living here, is being able to have my dog. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Always on point with the property. Theresa the apartment manager is very kind & polite including being top of the line responsive. Dawnessa always have a smile on her face.. making my office visit just as pleasant. The location is convenient and in a quieter part of town allowing me to be close to work. I definitely feel safe living here.

Great price and great location for Lamar university students. Ms. Theresa is very nice and lenient willing to work with you if you communicate. Calls are acted on upon quickly when needed.
