Edge at Midtown

As a single woman I feel safe and the team is very helpful. The apartments are beautiful and have lots of space. I moved from a three bedroom house and this apartment fits everything. I have a dog and she has been welcomed. The ementies are very resort like. It’s a wonderful place to live.

I absolutely LOVE this apartment complex. The staff is incredibly kind. Every day before work they tell me to have a nice day as I walk out. For my wedding they brought me and my husband a wedding gift. Truly an amazing environment. Collen and Bree and Lisa helped me at move in and they were so helpful. Some of the reviews say things about the amenities not working, but I’ve been here several months and everything has worked perfectly fine!

Love my apartment! The staff is always helpful, professional and friendly. Everything smells nice (this is important to me!) The community and property feel safe, inviting and well cared for. This was my perfect landing spot. 💚

Honestly… I’ve really enjoyed my time here. It’s kind of a temp situation, and I wasn’t sure I would like renting… but I’ve met good residents… and also a staff that’s been extremely nice to me… I’ve been floored with how much I have enjoyed it. The maintenance staff is a hard working crew and wants to make sure they do their best. The leasing staff has always been kind, and they do monthly resident events. I REALLY appreciate the convenience of nearby places to eat and drink. In general, great experience.

I am so grateful for Collen as she helped me through every step of the way, coming from a tough experience at the maywood. She exceeded my expectations, and my move in process was so seamless. I am so happy with my unit and I cannot recommend her enough to other future residents needing guidance!!!
