Edge and Up is the best management company, I cannot say enough good things about them. I have lived in my current apartment for 11 years and Edge and Up is the current management company managing my building, I wish they had been the only ones. I had several issues with the previous company and unfortunately Tracy and her team at Edge and Up took on a whole lot of issues right off the bat. With that being said within a couple of weeks after they took over they were able to immediately solve issues that should have been taken care of months or years ago. Since then they have made necessary updates as well as cosmetic updates making the building much more inviting to whomever enters the building.
