Edge 21 Apartments

I love living here, been here for a year now! Yes, you can hear the noise of downtown in the distance but if you don't want noise then downtown living isn't for you. These apartments are very nice, updated and great looking. New appliances, flooring with high ceilings! Onsite laundry rooms on just about every floor! The price is right on par for the accomodations. Anything that needs fixed gets fixed by the wonderful maintenance guys, Chris and DC, and they do a great job and get it done quickly. Sarah happily takes care of anything else that needs addressed! Love the amenities it offers! Thanks for doing such a great job!

I lived at Edge 21 Apartments in Toledo and, unfortunately, watched this place go downhill fast—especially under the direction of the property manager, Sarah. When I first moved in, she seemed helpful and approachable. Over the past 6 months, that completely changed. She’s become cold, dismissive, and outright rude anytime you need assistance. Even more disturbing is who she chooses to give her time and energy to. It’s not the tenants who need help—it’s a group of residents who have made blatantly racist remarks and yet seem to have an open-door pass to hang out in the office all day with her. It’s uncomfortable and inappropriate, to say the least. As for the actual living conditions: the HVAC system is ancient. It barely heats or cools, and Sarah’s solution is to tell you to put Saran W

I loved Edge! From the day of my tour Sarah made me feel very welcomed. During my time here many improvements were made to the building that enhanced my experience such as the outdoor patio with cornhole, a firepit, hammocks, and more. Sarah and the maintenance staff were always very pleasant and made me feel at home. They always went the extra mile to ensure comfort and cleanliness and were accommodating to my needs. I will miss living here!

Great apartment building to live and thrive in! The view is definitely one of my favorite parts; as well as the overall location in the area. Also, great office and maintenance staff. Sarah is a positive and kind property manager and Chris in maintenance is always really helpful and sturdy with results!

I have lived in many apartments all across the United States. Without a single doubt in my mind, Sarah and her team have been, by a country mile, the best landlords/property managers i have ever rented from Sarah and her team set the stairs for what it means to be a wonderful landlord and property manager.
