The maintenance here has gone from good to very bad. The WiFi is practically non-existent, which is unacceptable for a student community. Imagine having to use your mobile hotspot every single day just to submit assignments or do your work. On top of that, the trash chute is closed off, so we have to haul our trash all the way down from the top floors, which is a major inconvenience. I would not recommend this place to any student. The price you pay is simply not worth dealing with all these issues.

Pros: - Staff is kind and responsive. Almost always available during office hours. - Maintenance is quick and reliable. Always responds within 24 hours for me. - Security is nice after 8, keeps area safer. - Rooms are nice and spacious - Events are always happening and fun things are always planned Cons: - Wifi is terrible. Many students who live here can never do assignments here due to the awful connection. I cannot even watch Netflix on my phone. - Hallways, lounge areas, and elevators are filthy. The trash rooms are not available so residents leave their full trash bags out in hallway for days. The floors and walls have nasty stains. Trash is all over the place due to nobody coming out to clean the buildings except for the main lobby/office.

Great people and a genuinely great place to live! The security team takes their job seriously in the best way. I always feel safe here. The office and maintenance staff go above and beyond, too. Anytime I’ve needed anything, they’ve been super responsive and helpful. Very thankful for the support and sense of community here!

Very disappointing management and living conditions. We’ve lived here less than four months and already faced repeated maintenance and habitability issues. Our apartment has had an active ceiling water leak for five days, which is still leaking, with loud industrial fans and a dehumidifier running 24/7. The noise, cold air, odor, and equipment placement make it impossible to sleep or cook, and management has been unresponsive despite calls and emails. The apartment was unclean at move-in, multiple things were broken (blinds, dryer, lights), maintenance requests have been marked resolved without being fixed, and we’ve had cockroach issues. Wi-Fi is terrible, and fire exits, corridors, and elevators are filthy. Overall, poor maintenance and lack of accountability. The staff is very rude and

The apartments itself are very nice and up to date that is fully furnished. If I had any issues, I would submit a maintenance request and they come almost in the same day. The office does their absolute best to try to accommodate to everyone’s needs and wants. However, this past summer I was just a little upset with the fact that pool was green almost the entire summer. That is really my only complaint. Other than that, I highly recommend signing with them!
