Eden's Edge Apartments

I lived at Eden's Edge from Dec 2023-Dec 2025. Here's my honest review, especially after reading through the comments in this thread. First off, the management here is as good as it gets. If something isn't working right in your apartment, they are there as soon as possible when its brough to their attention. If you have noisy neighbors, they always did what they could to help the situation. This is a strong factor in apartment living as MANY management companies are there just to take your rent and that's about it. As far as the community itself. Horrible experience. I wouldn’t advise that anyone with expectations of luxury, professionalism, class and organization live here. First off, my unit was never move in ready. It was disgusting. I could make a laundry list of all the issues they had to correct or I did so myself. The reserved parking is a joke. They do not enforce it at all. I had to have several cars towed from my spot, myself, in the wee hours of the morning. I asked several times that they send texts kindly reminding people to not park in reserved spots and to remind their guests to avoid doing so as well. Not only did they not do what I asked multiple times but one girl in the office bluntly told me that they’re not going to do so because the tenants already should know. What was that to say? I recently moved into Eden’s Edge managed by LVL and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. The leasing process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The apartment itself is in great condition, and any maintenance requests have been promptly addressed. The amenities are fantastic, especially the pool/lounge area. Overall, I highly recommend Eden’s Edge for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living space.

The location is very convenient for my children and me, the neighborhood is typically safe and the grounds are usually well kept with a quiet atmosphere. Unfortunately, for the past two months I’ve been dealing with a recurring pest problem (maggots) that is completely outside of my control. While management communicated well at first and maintenance sealed some potential entry points & I have been receiving Rotech treatments for the past weeks, the issue has returned in a different area of my home, appearing to come from cracks along the floor panels. For the amount of rent charged, I expected urgency and a permanent fix, not temporary patchwork. This is beyond frustrating and extremely disappointing, and it raises serious concerns about the property’s maintenance and overall management.

The complex is well-kept, quiet, and feels like a little hidden gem. The leasing office staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or issues. The maintenance team is also top-notch — every request submitted is always handled quickly and thoroughly. Patrick, in particular, really stands out. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of and that everything is running smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the community, and it makes a big difference. Highly recommend Eden’s Edge to anyone looking for a great place to live!
