Dismantled our beloved carousel at Jantzen Beach during renovations with the promise of putting it back after renovations that were started in 2012. Now the Edens have sold the mall and left the carousel to find a home and put back together by a nonprofit group. All these guys care about is their bottom line and their profits.
This company doesn’t seem to care about the tenants they have, the properties they manage, or responding to safety / health issues. If you are considering leasing from them please feel free to ask me about my experience
I was very disappointed with the lack of enthusiasm from the CFO he really just didn’t grab my attention in our meeting and my associates with the BFQ will be taking our business elsewhere.
