Eden Pointe at Wilcrest

I have been living in this apartment community for over two years, and unfortunately, the management has become the most unprofessional and unaccountable team I have ever dealt with. For quite some time now, I have been unfairly overcharged on my utilities bill. There has been no clear explanation, no transparency, and no effort to properly address these concerns. When residents ask for clarification, we are met with dismissive and rude responses instead of professional customer service. Management has also consistently failed to control individuals who repeatedly break community rules. Instead of holding those specific individuals accountable, they seem to punish the majority of the Afghan community because of the actions of a few. This is unfair and extremely concerning. I must admit outstanding service from the office people. They had less than three days to give me an apartment ready and they came through. It’s affordable they accommodated all the needs I had with incredible service Miss Claudia and Maria. Thank you.

This is really ridiculous when I am not living in this community anymore and I’m still receiving bill’s to pay. Nonsense! That’s why I left this leasing and this leasing is out of control and made everyone uncomfortable and made every residents lost their peace of mind, today they emailed me this bill as attached below to pay even though I live somewhere else.

Since I’ve gotten to Eden Pointe I have notice that there is a great sense of community here, the apartment was in great condition and Maria and Claudia are warm hearts with welcoming energy! I felt like I belonged on the property because of these two woman and that is what any person who is looking to get an apartment wants to feel! I am happy I spent my money with them! -Lovejoy-

Living here has been extremely disappointing. The management never repairs anything on time — doors are constantly broken, and maintenance requests are ignored for weeks. The receptionists are not welcoming at all and always seem to have an attitude instead of helping residents. For the amount we pay, the service and upkeep should be way better. I would not recommend this place to anyone apartment complex I’ve lived in. And now Electricity was out for more than 12 hours, and when I went to the leasing office to ask what was happening, the staff gave me nothing but attitude. One of them literally said, “I’m not an electrician,” instead of offering any update or help.
