Eden at Lakeview

Being a resident at Eden Lakeview is such a delight! Everyone who works here - Kristen, Taylor, Jorge, Lilliana, to name a few … has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My kiddo and I love our place and this neighborly and beautiful community.

I loved Eden from the moment I walked in for my tour. I was greeted by Kristin, who answered all of my questions about the new property and made the entire experience welcoming and informative. The amenities here are amazing, and the community itself is very quiet while still being close to everything Alpharetta has to offer. The fitness center is awesome and one of my favorite features. The staff truly makes the difference here, Taylor is incredibly sweet, and Beth and Kristin are both very professional and accommodating. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents. Highly recommend Eden to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed community in Alpharetta.

I moved to Eden when it first opened, so I’m one of the longest-standing residents. I haven’t had any issues—it’s truly been a pleasure living here. I love my unit, the property is always kept clean, and the staff is very responsive. Kristen is very professional. She’s very friendly and helpful. They have events for the residents to mingle and get to know each other. The new maintenance team, especially Mirislan, is very professional. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, he addresses it right away.

Mirislen and Jorge are absolutely amazing! Anytime something needs fixing, they handle it quickly and efficiently. They’re always polite, friendly, and make sure the job is done right the first time. They also interact with our dog! It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. Thank you both for all the hard work you do!

I have been living at Eden for the past year and I couldn’t be happier. From day one Kristen has been amazing as well as extremely professional. She is always approachable and I feel like she is going to take care of whatever you need. I would also like to tell you about Taylor, how she is always willing to answer your questions with a smile and such a positive professional attitude. The Maintenance Staff is very responsive and they do the job right the first time. The property is so nice and the gym is the best. Also, the Common Area for Residents is beautiful and the pool area is really nice and very well maintained. This is a great Community because the staff and the people that live here make it that way.
