I move in a while ago over two years ago. I did NOT get an updated unit. The kitchen and bathroom need remodeled still dated from the 80s Brianna was amazing. Maintenance team is amazing. They do the best that they can. I really do love the supervisor that we have now running this property for Maintenance team. and I really like Eric and Adam. They are awesome with my senior Cats. They amazing and funny . very helpful. I met a gentleman named savage today. He was awesome as well. Touched up the paint from the leaks that I had. I’d give a five star to the maintenance team all day long. But I am irritated with leasing office staff. So three stars.

We recently moved into these apartments, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. It’s a great neighborhood with a very friendly community. The office staff are also wonderful people, always professional, approachable and ready to help with anything we need. I would especially like to thank James Oldfield and Abalin Adam for their incredible support throughout our apartment application and move-in process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciate their patience and dedication. The apartment itself is updated, beautiful both inside and out, and offers a very spacious layout that perfectly fits our needs.

This community is great. The property ie clean and up kept. I really appreciate how they talk to people and I'm glad to be part of this community. Tichelle was such an amazing help to me. She has the best customer service and move in process i’ve ever experienced! You should call this your home too!

I have been living here for 3 years. At first I was an advocate for the community outside of the extra fees they add to lease. $20 for new carpet, I’ve been living here for 3years the carpet is old now. Overall the community is quiet. Your car may be broken into a few times but I honestly feel outside of adding bright lights so our ring cameras can pick up the individuals. That’s out of their control. The leasing agents are nice but some don’t have a sense of urgency. Abalin has been very helpful throughout my entire experience. I’m currently dealing with a roach Infestation & this is my first time ever having to deal with this issue. The roaches seem to be coming from the pipes and baseboards. I have been staying in hotels and friends house due to this issue and they don’t seem to care.
