Edelweiss Apartments

The Manager at Edelweiss is fantastic to work with! She is onsite to help you with anything you might need, whether its leasing or maintenance. It's a rare opportunity to have a manger available, now that most apartment complexes are all managed by available computer communication. But you can never reach a human being! I was looking for an apartment and she was very kind and helpful!

Great place! With only weeks to find a new home, the staff here not only did everything they could to make sure we were able to get a place, they even took our obvious frustration & attitude in stride! They pretended to not even notice & just continued to do whatever possible to get us into our new place. After moving in we learned that everyone here - Madison & Leah in the leasing office to Mick the maintenance man are incredibly exceptional, kind people who do whatever they can to help others. They all really helped take our frustrations from our old place into optimism for our new home. Would highly recommend!!

i only lived here for a year but it was a pleasant experience! matt and his family are an incredible maintenance team and were always super helpful, quick and kind! location is beautiful and close to everything and i felt very safe living here! i would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a quiet place to call home!

I moved out a while back but I miss being walking distance to King Soopers, restaurants and parks. And I miss the quiet tranquil neighborhood! I would definitely recommend Edelweiss to anyone looking for a spacious apartment in a convenient location.

just wanted to drop a review in regards to how amazing the last year living in these homes were & give a special shoutout to Matt and his family and how amazing and comfortable they were as a maintenance team and great me and my roommate haley were taken care of! I definitely recommend taking a look at these properties.
