Outdated way of paying rent so RIP if your check gets lost in the mail. Unorganized and incompetent workers that have the audacity to blame you for their incompetence. Very rude owner that can't even take an ounce of responsibility for HIS actions (or lack thereof). Building has extensive water damage from leak issues that effect all 5 floors of the building (have confirmed with neighbors). Due to the water issues we have a mold stain on our bathroom ceiling they just cover up with paint. If you have the misfortune of getting an apartment with them, just look for a new place as soon as possible.

These people are the definition of slumlords. DO NOT move into any building managed by them if you want a peaceful living experience. If i could give zero stars, I would.

I lived at their building at 225 Bennett Avenue. It was a great building and great location. In leaving for work relocation I received back my full security deposit. I found their team to be honest and professional.

The worst company. They don't fix nothing, no heat, no hot water. No water. All there buildings are dirty. The super is an idiot, he has no idea what he is doing. They take you to court if you are late for only one day of rent. There personal are not friendly , They like to talk nasty to you. Nothing is fix or done in any other building that they manage.

SCAM. They wrote our deposit refund check back to us with the WRONG NAME. Thousands of dollars potentially lost, pending correction.
