I want to express my sincere appreciation for everything that Monica and Toran have done to support us. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for the residents have truly made a difference in our experience here. I also want to recognize the maintenance staff, who have been outstanding in every way. They consistently go above and beyond to address any issues promptly, maintain the property to a high standard, and ensure that our community remains a clean, safe, and welcoming place to live. Their hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for all that they do.

Deerwood Eddison Apartments is an amazing place to live! The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, with great amenities and a convenient location. The real highlight, though, is Rob Vidler—he’s the best leasing agent ever. Rob made the entire process easy and stress-free, answering every question and going above and beyond to help find the perfect apartment. He’s professional, friendly, and always quick to respond, even after move-in. Thanks to Rob and the great team, living here has been a wonderful experience. Living here has been great. The management team is wonderful. Especially Yaumara. She has been amazing. Maintenance is great, timely with taking care of issues if they come up. Overall I have no complaints. Couldn’t be happier to be apart of this community.

I have been a resident here for 3 years and Monica is amazing. Any issues and she is taking care of it as fast as she could. I can say the community is quiet and the apartments are spacious. Has been a great pleasure being here

Overall, I’ve had a good experience living here. The management team has taken care of my needs, and I really appreciate their constant communication. A special shoutout to Toran for helping me with the leasing process, and to Hannah and Monica (the property manager) for addressing my issues when I first moved in — their customer service is the main reason I’m giving this 4-star rating. That said, there are still some areas that could be improved: The front gate has been stuck open for about a month, and it would be great if repairs were completed more quickly. The gym door latch often doesn’t close properly. The cycle/yoga room has no cold air — while I don’t mind sweating during spin workouts, a cooler environment would be much better. The Clorox wipes in the gym aren’t replaced as
