But the owner didn't want to do ANYTHING in the way of repairs, etc. So we had to give up on that house. But then Eddie and his team helped us find an even more desirable house. With his assistance, and following his suggestions, we were able to deal positively with the seller. We bought the house! Eddie's help was invaluable. He guided us through our first time buying a house, and he was so knowledgeable that he made it look simple, even as he dealt with the complicated processes of the transaction.
