Ed Karazin was hired by the leasing office/owner of the property I reside at an has repeatably entered my property without 24 notice, broken the lease, has been rude, belittling and has overall been an absolute displeasure to have any interaction with. Ed is a kind, professional, patient, willing to go the extra mile realtor. We had a "hurry up and wait" situation with selling our home and he was so patient with the circumstance to meet our needs. He is very honest regarding sale price and days on market for your property as well as advising on how best to position your home in order to get top dollar. But most of all, Ed is a kind human who genuinely cares about his clients, their families and heir needs above just getting the sale. Which makes him an amazing realtor that other realtors should model.

Ed helped us sell our townhome this February. He was super transparent with us throughout the process on how the market looked, how we could optimize list timing, and what would be the most important steps to get ready. As inexperienced homeowners, his willingness to teach us throughout the process made a huge difference in our comfort level. He has a great network of vendors able to help throughout the process too (painters for touch ups, handymen for patch ups, etc.).
