Eco Modern Flats Apartments

Living at the Eco flats has been the absolute best experience! I have lived in Fayetteville for almost 10 years now and the eco flats will forever be the best place i lived! I cant say enough good things about the property management and how much they care about the resident experience. If you have the chance, you should live at the eco flats!

I lived in Eco Modern flats all throughout law school. It was a wonderful location, close to campus and Dickson. I would highly recommend this complex to grad students and young professionals .

Eco Modern flats has been nothing but great since I’ve been living here. I’ve been living here since August and it is now November. Zach has been so helpful setting up my living situation here and Josh has been the best maintenance man I’ve been around. Zach has helped me out with any questions that I’ve had in a timely and efficient manner.

I lived here last year and it was by far the best living experience I have ever had. The management is so nice, they truly care about their residents and never try to do any sketchy. The maintenance guys are awesome and always around the help. The area stays so clean and always looks beautiful. I would have done anything to stay at these apartments, but I could not longer afford them. After trying to find another place and all of the cruel management I have run into, it just makes me miss eco flats. I’ve only had great experiences living here, and I was lucky enough to meet two of my best friends along the way.

edit:[added a star because the owner got back to me and we were able to resolve the package issue] I lived here over the past year and will list some positives and negatives for you to keep in mind: Positives: -Maintenance Guy is great and helped repair a few problems throughout the year. Their portal for requesting fixes is very straightforward. -The location is in a nice area, and I never felt scared walking around at night. Also, the closeness to the University is really nice for walking to classes. Negatives: -They don't tell you in their marketing but they charge you an extra $150 each month if your lease is under 12 months. This wasn't clear to me, but i guess it's in the fine print. -If you have a first floor, you'll find a few bugs and spiders. This wasn't too big of a deal, but
