I have lived in this building for 15 years, and my experience has been very positive. Regarding the other reviewer complaining about roaches, it is unfortunate that she painted a picture that does not reflect the overall qualities of the building and its current management. The previous manager did not adequately address pest control, which was a problem. However, the current manager has implemented a mandatory monthly pest control sweep of all apartments. I am happy to report that I haven’t seen a roach since the new manager took over. The building offers a long list of amenities, including ample resident parking that is well lit, close proximity to the beach, and a gym with state-of-the-art equipment—features you won’t find at this price point anywhere else in Fort Lauderdale, especial

I have lived here for several years and have enjoyed the bright spacious apartment however, there have been some issues . In November of this year, we got a new management and let me tell you things have changed any issues that we had before have been resolved. There are no more roaches. A new pest control company monthly and the problem is fixed✔️The parking lot is olonger in darkness but bright and safe ✔️ And there is a feminine touch around the building, making it seem like home .Should you have a problem the manager is available and interested to help you. There is a new vibrancy in the building!!!

I’ve been living at Eclipse Apartments for 11 years, and I’ve seen a lot of changes over the years. Recently, we’ve had a new management company take over, along with a new manager, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The new manager has truly turned things around. She’s incredibly responsive and has addressed issues that were overlooked by the previous management. It’s clear that she’s committed to making the community better for all of us. The apartment complex is well-maintained, and I’ve noticed a real difference in how things are being handled. I’m grateful for the improvements and excited to see what’s next!

I will be starting my 7th year here at eclipse in June and I must say that the change in management has been very positive. William was a so so manager but Indira is totally top-notch. She cares about the people who live here and is out to make everything enjoyable for the residents.. Keep up the good work. 👍👍❤️

Indira has been very cooperative and proactive at all times. Whenever I needed assistance, such as with the roach problem, she has been very responsive. Aware of the issue, she has addressed the problem properly. I am very satisfied with the complex and how courteous and nice tenants have become.
