I would not even give u that.. ur manager in the office all he cares about is a $500 deposit and not giving a cost sheet so people can move in.. he keeps saying give me the $500 and I will give u cost sheet which is bull and we all know it just like he was not doing his job when it came to one app guaranteed he did not know how to do that . If I could get my $80 back for the application I would and I would tell people to stay away from there because the manger there don't know anything

When we first moved into these apartments it was due to credit issues, and the apartments reflected a very negative vibe upon our first move in. We have been resident here for 3yrs and the property has improved tremendously now the vibe has become more welcoming, the visual are being updated around the exterior. The work load of the maintenance department must be overwhelming because the issues with my particular unit has not been resolved or addressed by them. That is the reason for my rating, once they either hire more maintenance people or let tenants know that department is overwhelmed I can not give this complex 5 ⭐️’s. We have not been able to live in our apt for over 6 weeks. There is no electricity! The manager expected us to sleep on the floor in an apt that was under renovation while he fixed the electric that still is not repaired. They made no other offer of help and they expect us to pay the rent. The owners of this property live in a multi million dollar mansion in San Diego county. This is how they treat to their handicapped residents. We are looking for help right now as the manager has made absolutely no offer of compensation

Property manager is very rude i called to get info on a unit for my accounting team and he said we do have a thing called Google well that is true but at the same time it not for me its for my accounting team so I needed the info in details for them. And said ppl don't listen anymore I said I would text you without asking if it's a texting number (watching it wasn't) so at that point yall need better management

It is impossible to get in contact with anyone that works here even when they set the schedule. It is ridiculous. Voicemail box is always full, so you can’t leave a message. You’ll never get anything done with the people that work here. They don’t respond unless it’s a bad review online. I had an inspection scheduled, twice, the first time they never arrived and sent us a text saying it was done. Today they’re supposed to inspect our unit, and no one is answering the phone or text messages. The manager of this place is NEVER here and is always combative if you mention it. He does NOT want you to schedule and he believes you as a tenant DO NOT HAVE RIGHTS! Which explains the behavior… Inexcusable. You need to hire a manager that’s capable of being professional.
