Future renters, beware! While this building has some positives, the hot water situation has become unacceptable. I currently live in the building, and for quite some time now, I have not had consistent access to hot water. It can take 10-15 minutes for the shower to warm up in the morning, and sometimes there’s no hot water at all at night. Despite multiple complaints, management has been completely dismissive, insisting that "it just takes time to warm up." That’s not a fix—that’s an excuse. For a "luxury" building, basic amenities like hot water should not be a daily struggle. Disappointed and frustrated.
I have been living at Echelon Chelsea for the past 4 years and I could not have hoped for a better place to call my home. The building manager is very kind and wants always the best for his tenants. The maintenance team are always available when something needs to be fixed in ur apartment. The front desk team are so welcoming and always helpful. I highly recommend it.
Really a kind, friendly, welcoming culture We have a gorgeous studio with a big Terrace!
