Echelon at Odenton

I lived at Echelon for a couple years and enjoyed my time there. Maintenance was always incredibly responsive whenever I needed them and Adrian is amazing. Common areas were always clean and I always felt safe. The team in the leasing office always answered my questions promptly and was very friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about residents. The gym and pool are beautiful and well maintained. My only complaint is that the third floor trash room was in a near constant state of disarray, but that's the fault of the residents more so than it is the fault of building management. I'd recommend Echelon if you work at Fort Meade or commute with the MARC (which is walkable).

I’ve had a great experience at The Echelon Apartments so far. It truly stands out from other apartment communities. The staff is exceptional in terms of professionalism, responsiveness, and care. Both the leasing office and maintenance team are wonderful — maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. A special acknowledgment to Brianna for her thoughtfulness, professionalism, and welcoming demeanor. She made my move-in experience seamless and is truly an asset to The Echelon. Ash has also been wonderful and supportive. I absolutely love my apartment — it’s beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and the crown molding is a special touch that really elevates the space. Overall, I’m very happy here and would highly recommend The Echelon.

I have mouse poop at my door. I had to get glue traps. They also have poison placed on the ground levels, to address vermin. It is very quiet though, which I love. It abuts a wetlands preserve, so I listen to birds chirping when I walk my dog in the morning. I see a family of deer grazing as I come in from work at night. The decor of the general areas is stylish, and modern. The property is non smoking, but ppl smoke marijuana here at night, which I don't like. Every place has its good and its bad. Overall, I am grateful to be living here.

Taking a moment to recognize and thank the entire management and staff at The Echelon of Odenton is imperative. Their exceptional service and care especially during these challenging times shows how much they value the community and the people who call it home. Your continued dedication , kindness and attention to resident needs make such a positive difference. It is reassuring to know that we have a management team and staff that genuinely care and goes the extra mile to keep Our community running smoothly. Thank You for all that you do. ! Grateful even during this Thanksgiving Season!

Tires are being stolen again, no information put forward after a week to deter this. At least 4 vehicles have been hit, second go around the vagabonds were polite enough to not bust out peoples windows. (They charge you to serve your car up on a saucer) Prior reviews state tenants had to push for action, standard property group practices. My unit is great though, besides the laundry.
