One memory in the kitchen of the rental apartment was making Manwichś also known as Sloppy Joes after working out at NYSC on 8th Avenue. The landlord, Felix, is very understanding and easy going. He’s old school in terms of no emails and he hand writes his notices. All the headache and annoyance with renting from a big landlord does not exist. If you’re looking for a easy going NYC housing experience, I highly recommend one of Felix’s buildings.
