Eaton Properties Office is located in a very nice area with parking available. Office staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

This is the worst management company. They fail the owners on so many levels. They are not only unprofessional, but they lie, and are rude.

I have been renting for just 7 months and it’s been a nightmare. It takes 3 or more weeks to fix anything. I have a washer and dryer that I can’t use because they won’t fix the plumbing through the walls since this is a slab house. Not to mention the ac unit isn’t working temps have reached 85 in here. They also need to go in walls to fix the lines. I can’t believe what I’m experiencing. I’ve been calm and patient throughout the whole process yet week after week nothing happens. I’ve got two disabled daughters and this has a stressful place to stay for them. Smh at this disgusting behavior and treatment. Tired and exhausted!!

Unprofessional company. My street had a power outage when the maintenance came to fix my thermostat so they had to come back the following day to fix it. Company charged me a $90 fee when that was out of my control. Maintenance left my basement door unlocked (I was at work). Been reaching out to the property manager via email and phone calls but she won’t return my calls or email. Months ago I paid to get my air fixed and I wasn’t reimbursed. I have documents and pictures of all the trouble since May. Eaton properties bought this property from Krch Realty; I NEVER had any issues with Krch realty. They were very professional. Been staying here for 3 years but after the fee, I plan to move out asap.

Both Carol & Andrew were awesome! They really worked hard to get me & my daughter into a very beautiful rental property in a safe & friendly neighborhood!
