Eastwood Villa

Honestly for the most part my experience itself at these apartments is pretty good I don't know about anybody else things to take in mind maintenance isn't 100% the best sometimes they definitely don't come right away sometimes this apartment has a cockroach problem it's not extreme but Time and Time you most likely will have at least one encounter I don't think the maintenance really does anything cuz I think it's more of an apartment problem but I guess they could spray but I don't think that will solve it it's not extreme though also with our apartment in particular that's been a problem with a mice but keep that in mind it's rare though that's just our experience other than that it's very very quiet houses are nice it's a nice area from what I've seen is dominated by mostly Hispanics b

Excellent rental with 1and 2 bedroom apartments. Gated community, very quiet and the landscaping is awesome!
