Eastwood Homes at Verona

My home is beautiful but the warranty should be at least 2 years. I've been here a little over a year and the floors are so badly squeaking that I have to pay someone to come fix them. They have yet to take care of our roads. We never got the top coat due to the developer going bankrupt. No one will help us get this done. Had I known they were not going to have our roads finished properly I would have not purchased with Eastwood. They do not stand behind their customers.

At first we liked our house, even though several neighbors complained about issues. The first time we had a warranty request they simply close the call without helping and just blow me off. I cannot recommend the company if they won't fix basic issues and won't stand behind their product.

When I say run!! Run as far away from this place! They have built these home so fast. That the work is sloppy and horrible. The builders do not stand by their work. They lie to you about warranties and walk thru to fix things..never fixed any issues. Your completely on you're own!!

This community has seven different floor plans for you to choose from to fit your family needs. Prices range from 450k to 640k depending on floor plan and options. There are only about 14 homesites left for you to choose from
