Review of Maintenance: Throughout the years of my occupancy I have been fortunate enough to have had some great service from the maintenance staff. Today was no different. I had the pleasure of Demarion come in to complete a work request on my dishwasher. He was very professional, proficient and efficient. Thank You Demarion for a job well done.!

I normally don’t leave reviews but this place is flooded with pest. Mice and roaches, whoever Aliyah is in that office is rude. They don’t answer the phone at all. The assistant property manager Andrea is a lady who clearly doesnt like her job and the property manager Jeffery himself acts non existent. He won’t talk to residences he’ll always send the assistant. When you complain about the mice they’ll give you rat poison that they keep in the office which would indicate this is a known ongoing issue. It’s inhabitable they also delete reviews. This isn’t my first review and they keep being deleted. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews. Signing a lease with this place will 1000% be your biggest regret. They won’t do anything to fix any of your problem but if you’re one day behind on rent better

Lived here almost 2 years ago and people are still complaining about the same things from back then. They don’t care about your well being they just want your money. It’s truly shocking how these apartments have not been abandoned and torn down at this point.

This is one of the worst apartment complexes to move into. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything, the buildings are trashy, pests everywhere, etc. I moved in April 25’ and upon move in almost all of the outlets in my living room and bedroom do not work. It was put on the move in paperwork and multiple maintenance requests. (Including other issues that have yet to be resolved.) Maintenance closes work orders without even coming to the apartment. When I call, they say the supervisor will reach out to me and I have never received a phone call. For almost $1,000 a month please move elsewhere.

When’ I did my walk through yesterday on the September 20’ 2025 I noticed nothing been clean. The balcony was dirty’ the bathroom wasn’t clean out. When I went in the kitchen looking under the stove light was full of old grease. The Refrigerator was disgusting when I open up the refrigerator it was a lot of dead nets. So with that said. The carpet was good. Looking in the kitchen cabinet’s were dirty. I will be cleaning today. The toilet seat was old. I wish I had a new one.
