Eastwood Community

Been a resident for over 25 years. I love walling my dog, there are sidewalks all through the community and bins to put doggy bags in. The pool is nice and clean, even have Pool Umbrellas you can use. My children enjoy the swimming and play parks. Crime rate is low. So close to Groceries Stores and the Waterford Lakes Mall. Have two daughters that attended Sunrise's Elementary School. An A+ school rating. Discovery Middle School then Timbercreek High School. A grandson at Sunrise, and a granddaughter at Discovery.

Once a beautiful golf course. Now it's waiting for developers..... Plenty of hidden nature that will go away.

I recently got a transponder and pool access. The employee there named Michelle was very helpful , knowledgeable and patient with me when I had questions. Great customer service for sure!

It is very disappointing to see that our google review regarding our dog- Messiah was deleted without acknowledgment. It's unfortunate that we have to submit another review just to share our experience. Transparency and accountability are important, and sadly, we did not receive either. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this place. Please be cautios. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of accountability. Honest feedback should not be silenced. We stand by our experience and do not recommend this place. -AND before you respond with the usual claim that there's no record of me- just as you do with other negative reviews. The playground always had middle/high schoolers cursing around the younger kids on the play ground or smoking. The pool is so basic for what the community offers to their residents.
