Eastview Garden Apartments

I have lived at Eastview Garden Apartments several different times, and each time, they have been really helpful. As a young and single mom with 3 kids, they were quick to get me from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom apartment. I never planned to be a single mom. Now, I am an empty nester, but I am currently experiencing a lot of physical issues that keep me from being productive and working. I have next to no income, but they got me into a 1 bedroom very fast, and I am beyond grateful. I have a dog, and I would be lost without him. He was a rescue, but he rescued me. The manager now is a wonderful gal who is a very helpful person. She is definitely a busy person managing another apartment complex in town, but she is quite a remarkable lady. I was locked out of my apartment one weekend

BEST APARTMENT MANAGER EVER!!!!! Not sure about the other reviews but the current manager Kelsey is one of the good ones. As long as you abide by your lease she will do anything and everything in her power to help you and then some. I had just met her and she did more for me in 1hr than the last 5 apartment managers did combined. I highly recommend Eastview Gardens

Management is severely poorly ran. At East View Gardens in Hesston, Kansas, we are on the third person since this summer, who has jumped in and went on a control rampage. Illegally kicking tenants, and harrassing tenents, who aee responsible for the safety and security of multiple dependents, because the apartment is wanted by other family members of other tenents and the apartment complex is full of dramatic and gossiping females. The tenants and lanlord has taken advantage of the only male, having him do things for them, even the lanlord would have him repair his own and other apartments in the duplex for free. Apartments are not up to code, including doors not shutting or locking, So they sit open all day, with cold air blowing in, the wiring is hazardous, and carpet is burned, stained

It was nice at first but then there alot of drama and things we're not handle correctly noise complaint all the time from different buildings just to get me in trouble I felt like they bullied me out
