Eastview Apartment Office

I've lived at Eastview Circle Apartments for about a year now and it's been a peaceful experience. The apartment is spacious with large bedrooms and living room. Both bedrooms have walk in closets and ceiling fans. All around a nice comfortable apartment. The landlady Jennifer is pleasant and nice. The area is quiet and trouble free. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a good place to live. Thanks.

This place is very poorly managed. There is an out of control roach issue in many of the buildings- You see them in the halls on the stairs and in apartments regardless of how clean you live - It is an Infestation that is not being handled well. I would suggest going elsewhere. To those who see outside appearance and think they "look nice" no. they do not care about the inner part of the apartments. Pool has been closed for several summers. Just all out don't waste your time or money. Its gross In these places. Laundry machines smell like Mildew/Mold. I do not know how this is not embarrassing to the owners but It has not gotten better even with many talking to management.

I was a guest of a tenant and had a terrible experience with maintenance. The pool was supposed to open so we waited outside over an hour prior to calling management who immediately sent someone out. By then, though, the tenant let the kids with us hop in the pool for a swim. Considering how hot it was today and his lateness of over an hour I wouldn't have expected his reaction to be so outwardly rude, inconsiderate, downright ugly, & unprofessional. Although management sent someone and we were grateful, his attitude was truly one of the worst I've ever experienced. I would've rather dealt with the owner directly who I'm sure would've been more understanding and if not, at least more professional. It says tenis anf basketball court is broken up and pool is closed most the season because no one is properely trained to do the chemicals in the pool. We want even go into the increased crimes in there and advertises srcured entry that does not work and the playground area is only 3 little swings they do not care who they rent to had they cared I maybe could have found a roommate and done that process and had stayed i wouldnt recomend this place to a friend and how they take care of the property made my decision easy plus no one pays the same amount in rent people that have lived there 10 years pay more then the new ones moving In unless you have a rehabbed apartment snd and some are on section 8. lmao I feel sorry for anyone that lives in a basement In Apartments 3908 3911 or 3912 the

Right from the beginning its obvious that management thinks of you as family. Whenever something isnt right, they swoop in to fix the situation. You wont regret $1 that you spend on this place. My guess is errrtime you bout to pay rent youll be all like "Dis all my rent is for this personal suite of luxury?" Yes, its that nice and that amazing of a bargain. One mo t hing, There is some fine azz honey dips that be livin here.
