Resp property mgmt took over this property and I’m so happy they did. The moment my client and I walked in we were welcomed in and treated with respect, kindness, and courtesy. Nicole, one of the managers, provided us with a tour and actually had a model unit to show us. The units are larger and more affordable than what is being made these days; with those cookie cutter small units that are extremely expensive. Afterwards, she took the time to walk us through the application process and would have Elton (the leasing agent) follow up with us. Nicole was so sweet, knowledgeable about different programs, smart and caring. Elton is a very ambitious, enthusiastic, hard working, sweet young man who definitely knows his role very well. He followed up and followed through even on his off days. T

Please be vigilant of your surroundings and vehicle. If you see or hear anything suspicious, call the police. My car was broken into Sunday morning. Nothing was stolen thankfully because I never keep valuables in my car. The property does have cameras and “supposedly” security patrolling the property but I don’t know how much truth there is to that considering my car was still broken into. I do not feel safe here but I can’t break the lease. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend this property to anyone. It’s not worth it.

My man Elton helped us out throughout the whole process with patience and care. Definitely recommend working with him if you need to rent an apartment. He also speaks Spanish which was insanely helpful.

The staff here are really friendly and always willing to help out with a smile. It's a beautiful community. There are great amenities to enjoy, like the pool and gym. Everything is well-maintained, making it a great place to live.

The new management is horrible! They try to evict anyone who is late on their rent payment even if you have the money and late fees. They lie to you and give you the run around. Not genuine people at all!
