Edited 5/23- I have two doors that need to be replaced, which were identified when I moved in in December. After 2.5ms, I was instructed to submit a warranty claim, which I did in March. One day the team came and dropped two unfinished doors (not even painted) at my front door and left them there all day, and I had to arrange to get them picked up. This is the extent of support I’ve received. I have been trying to have a confirmed appointment for the carpenter to come by and drop off doors and install them, but it has been an incredibly frustrating process. Warranty Manager doesn’t confirm any appointments and of the two I have had scheduled, no one has showed up. I can’t believe I’ve missed work/rescheduled personal appointments to accommodate, and I’ve yet to have the doors installed. Di

I have a big problem and the Trophy company doesn't seem to care about it. My house has a scorpion infestation due to the fact that Trophy left construction waste on the land at the end of my backyard. I'm just asking them to clean up the mess they created. The warranty team doesn't respond to me, I've already tried SMS, Email, and Ticket on the website. At the time of purchase I had 100% attention. But now that I have a problem and risk my family's health, this company doesn't care. I do not recommend.

We fell in love with Trophy Signature homes in the Eastridge development in December. We cannot wait to move in next summer. Angelo was personable and professional to work with. These homes are beautiful and energy efficient. We can’t wait to see the community finished.
