The first 14 days of living in the home I rented my shower was unusable, 2 days later they came to replace the slider in the shower and the wall fell apart exposing mold and very very heavy mildew at first the basically said cover it and it wont be a problem which I made a fuss like shouldn't a mold test be done it got done twice both time they did the test incorrectly . I've been here a month with no walls in my shower just plastic and duct tape . The water outside leaks which has caused a high water bill never addressing this issue . The toilet seat has been broken sense I moved in never fixed . New carpet was installed after a fus given that to was installed incorrectly no padding not even being stapled and And when trying to address the problem I was accused of riping said staples up

I was very disappointed with this realty company. I recently made a call to their office to inquire about some houses that were for rent, and upon doing so I received very bad service and was treated very rudely over the phone. I do not appreciate being talked down to, and that is exactly what the woman on the phone did. She also cut me off in the middle of most of the things I tried to communicate to her, which was extremely frustrating. I am quite dissatisfied with their company.
