I lived at eastover for two years and couldn’t wait to leave. Apartment 611 has a lot of water issues so be aware. Location and price might be good but the apartment is not worth it. The pools take forever to open every summer, and when they are open on the weekends people are able to play music extremely loud, smoking, and drinking beer like it’s nothing. There are no rules, several cars break ins, gates constantly break. The gates at this point is not management it’s the tenants not paying attention and hitting them. Even though Imani is trying to make that place better some tenants don’t make the place any better either. Before I left some people were complaining about how they’re changing something into sage water and they have to leave their apartment. management does not care, tenan

We have things in the house pending to fix from June-2025. We have come many times to talk to all of you and even with the manager and they say that they are going to schedule the arrangements but no one is going. They eliminate the requirements that we place as if they were already ready and this is not the case. We want to know if they are bored with us and want us to leave here? If so, please let us know to start looking for a house, but they remove the contract termination clause and we have no problem looking for housing elsewhere. We are very bored with the new administration. We are going to celebrate 5 years living here and we had never had these inconveniences. We do not want to put back the requirements that are pending in our house because it is exhausting to do so and that they

Longtime resident here…and I’ve never seen this place run worse than it has the last two years. It went from a decent place with young professionals to straight up ghetto. A complete nosedive since RKW bought it. ⸻ Eastover Ridge is allowing massive construction inside occupied units with zero concern for residents’ safety. Families with small children and pets are expected to remain in their homes during demolition, exposed to dust, fumes, noise, and physical hazards, with no offer of relocation or even basic accommodations. The notice they posted openly admits these risks but shifts all responsibility onto tenants. This is unbelievably unethical and shows complete disregard for the wellbeing of the people who live here. The fake reviews on this place are a joke. If you look below, yo

The management the last year or so has let the apartments especially phase I, the apartments with 3 numbers, go to rot and is awful with responding and repairing and fall more and more to getto. They can be ok saying what will do but it’s just talk and nothing happens or it can take several months. Have mold, a leak, no ac in the summer good luck. They may months later paint over the mold but it comes back, cooling in the summer fails and they comeout but it still doesn’t work as they don’t repair it right. I know several neighbors who also know people here and they feel the same or know people who do. Most say the management is awful and no real help. If you live here sorry, if you’re thinking of living here because of the price for the location don’t, if you feel you want to live here st

I lived at Eastover Ridge for a little over two years. The new management that has taken over is terrible and the leasing/ maintenance service has declined immensely. I havent received my refund check yet and it’s been 5 months since I moved out. Plenty of time to cut a check…yet they always find an excuse when it’s time to pay up. This is unexceptable, this is bad business practice, this is unethical, beware of the lies you’ll be told working with this management team…specifically the assistant property manager. Don’t expect anything to happen with urgency. Ohh, plus the units have water damage. The pools are always broken during swimming season. The gym equipment is typically broken. Expect plenty of maintenance requests cause the units are from 1991 and they haven’t updated anything. W
