Easton Ridge Apartments

I've lived here for 5 years now, the place is great, nice, quiet and affordable rent, I love it here the neighbors that I do see are super friendly and they always greet each other, there's just ONE neighbor that I have an issue with because she would have the dogs on their lease but WOULDN'T hold the lease just lets the lease go and lets them roam which would be fine except one of the dogs are always barking not biting as they roam around

This is my second time living here. When I was here 5+ years ago I got a studio apartment. This time I moved into a 1 bedroom. You get a decent living space for the rent. I would stay, but I need to upgrade to a 2 bedroom(very few available). Simply love Paula, she is an awesome landlady. Though there are limited office hours, leaving a message does get a response. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues. The place is a little run down, and their are a few water damage issues. No pest or bug issues to report. All in all a great place to live.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Sleeping in a tent would be nicer. These people are the definition of slum lords. They don't fix anything they just band aid things. Paula is the worst. Doesn't return calls, even when she's in office (which is rare) she keeps it closed. They constantly change maintenance men. So goodluck getting anything fixed. All the apartments have mold & are poorly insulated. Seriously move anywhere but here! If I could give negative stars I would!

I've lived here 5 years ago in a studio apartment and now I'm back about to sign another year lease in a one bedroom apartment. Paula is so sweet and maintenance guy (sorry forget his name) is responsive and does an amazing job! I highly recommend this complex!

Wonderful apartment complex. Tucked away in the back of a neighborhood; it's quiet, it has woods. The next street over connects to the Alum Creek bike trail. Close to Easton which is a huge benefit. The landlady Paula is very nice and maintenance always responds.
