Easton Parc Apartments

I got into these apartments with the quickness! Kimberly was a great help, and made my experience so easy. With new apartment paperwork, it can always be so overwhelming but thanks to Kim, it was super easy. Within a week I was approved and moving in! Any questions I had, she was sure to answer. Any time I needed anything, shes gotten back to me right away! She is the absolute sweetest thing! Apartment looked great and was very clean and very up to date! I look forward to this next chapter in my life, and greatful, thankful and blessed that I had somebody like Kim to walk me through this process! It always makes things a lot less stressful and a lot more enjoyable!

I cannot say enough good things about the management here, specifically Kimberli. From day one, she has been incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. What really sets her apart is her willingness to go above and beyond for the residents. Whether it’s a small question or a larger request, she handles everything with grace and a genuine desire to help. It’s rare to find a manager who cares this much about the community. Kim is incredibly helpful and welcoming, and Todd stays on top of everything with maintenance. They truly go above and beyond to make this place feel like home. Highly recommend!

When it comes down to finding an apartment that is safe and feels like home, Easton Parc is most definitely it. With every complex there will be issues but with the amazing Ladies in the office striving to make Easton Parc better, it most definitely makes life easier. The office ladies are so patient and understanding and it’s great! I have been a resident for 2 years and there has been no complaints. Maintenance is amazing, the people inside the complex are mainly great and overall such a good apartment complex.

Rented an apartment there, was not the best experience for me. If you like the smell of weed on a daily basis, people going in and out all hours, go right ahead. Was not for me. The constant water shut offs, cock roaches. Yea they sprayed, you can't control who lives their. They expected me to keep living there was not worth it. I left there, did not pay them. Over a year layer they want me to pay them. Not gonna happen. So yea I would not recommend staying there, plus they charge you for the rain?! Would not recommend it
