Easton Commons Apartments & Townhomes

It's not even worth your time!! Don't listen to any of the bs they tell you to get you to move-in here. The cost is insane compared to all of the other apartments in this area. They raise the rent CONSTANTLY with little to no warning, and cars are always getting broken into. They never care about the break-ins and frequently blame the residents for not having "a dash cam??" (words that were said verbatim to myself and the other person who lives here). When asked about the cameras, they state they are "bad, especially at night" but refuse to do anything to better it. They will lie and say they have security at night, that's not true. You can drive around the area and see all of the broken car windows. NOT to mention, a friend of ours has had his car stolen and another has had his car broken

Five stars for Easton Commons! The community is beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. Christine Phillips is outstanding—professional, supportive, and extremely helpful. She made our entire experience, from move-in to move-out, smooth and pleasant. Highly DO NOT recommend. Rent spikes with no renovations. My mom moved here in 2021, was promised a unit with stainless steel appliances by a girl who didn’t work at the complex long, her unit did not have that, and when she asked if they’d make good on their word, they told her once moved in appliances cannot be changed. Countertops were supposed to be changed, that fell through. Keyless entry is a pain, because if the batteries dies you have to call emergency maintenance. Maintenance is slow to her requests. Our car was broken in two thanksgivings in a row visiting her. Cars stolen from property. Her upstairs neighbor was robbed at gunpoint last thanksgiving, same time our car was broken into. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire leasing process smooth, even over several months. I’m excited to move in soon and am grateful for her outstanding support. The property looked nice outside but was unable to see any units. I scheduled a tour for Tuesday at 1:30pm, which was confirmed via text. When I arrived at the leasing office the door was locked and there was a note the office was closed for the day. I am disappointed they didn’t have the decency to let me know ahead of time. Edit: Wish I could delete the review entirely but I can't. Can't give 5 stars because I don't know the property well enough to do that. They had a good reason to miss my appointment so I don't want to penalize them with my review.
