Eastman Gardens Apartments

Lived there for five years. It took a act of threats to get things done. Girl burned mine when she 11 down. I do not recommend them. They never tried to help me.

Its great. Everyone is so pleasant and the place is kept clean. The people that run it are super people and I am proud to call them my new family. It is a walk away from Family Dollars and some restaurant's It didn't take long for them to get my applications approved.

Great apartments. Affordable. Spacious living rooms. I guess the only con would be that you will have a gas bill but other than, it's a great place to live and raise a family, etc. It has a walking trail and a playground in the back and it's very quiet. Landlord is also very quick about getting you in after the application process.

They are completely biased. They have toxic management and would rather get rid of good employees rather than fix the management. I went to HR 4 different times and it made no difference. The Regional has two different Harrassment cases against her (Jutta Klien). Do not put your family in these units. There are so many holes, mold, and water damage in those units is horrible!

Most of the people who live here are good people. It is kept clean and neat. Have had management issues.
